Chesterton Garden Club is in its 66th year. We welcome visitors and new members.

The Garden Club hosts a programme of talks in the autumn and spring terms, meeting at 7pm on occasional Thursdays from September to April. Click here for the next event.

Our meetings are held at St Laurence’s Church Hall, 91 Milton Road, Cambridge, CB4 1XB.  Meetings include an illustrated talk or demonstration by an invited speaker, topical tips, gardening questions and table competitions.

In the summer, some members open their gardens and host plant sales. We visit gardens of interest in Cambridge and further afield. Recent trips in 2023 have been to Beeches Nursery, Private garden in Duxford, Newnham and St John’s College gardens, Beth Chatto’s garden.

If you have any gardening questions or queries, or indeed comments about this site, please click here and we will respond as soon as we can.
